La vie est belle
Hello everyone.
I know I’m back after a very long time because there was so much going on with my college and everything. Right now I’m balancing my previous semester exams during my current semester so I had no time to write any blog posts. But here I am on the last day of 2020 to lookback on how my year went and what I want to do in 2021. I’m not much of a new year resolution person but I thought maybe I will start something new this year.
2020 was something that no one expected. There were many ups and downs and many new normals we all had to get used to. Most of us haven’t seen our friends and closed ones for many days. Not gonna lie, 2020 was tough on all of us. Life as we know it took a drastic turn and our daily life and sleeping patterns which we all tried to maintain had a sudden disruption. With everything that’s going on around, we found ourselves feeling hopeless. Most of us lost motivation as each day passed and became uncertain and anxious about the future. Finally, the year 2020 has come to an end. But not all of 2020 was bad. I know finding the silver lining is hard but let’s all remember the moments which made us happy.
I turned 21 this year and I guess that’s something. I did procrastinate a lot this year and I do regret all the time wasted. But I can’t turn back time so I decided from 2021 I will try to be productive and change some things in my life. I want to do things out of my comfort zone and stop thinking a lot about what others might think and start thinking about me. I want to try new things I couldn’t do in 2020 and learn new things, maybe a new language. And I’m also excited that I will be graduating this year. Do you all have any new year resolutions? It’s okay if you don’t have any. You can make changes anytime you are ready.
I wish everyone a Happy New Year and hope everything goes good for you and may all your wishes come true. Let’s make 2021 a great year.
Until next time
Ri
